What is your biggest struggle in fitness as a Dad?

I asked this question in another Facebook group with thousands of members Dads. Want to know the number one EXCUSE they gave?


TIME. They don’t have much time because of family, taking care of the kids, work schedule and my favorite, “fitness this pizza in my mouth”

I get it, we all have limited time, especially if you have kids, and I do love me some pizza from time to time.

But imagine if you didn’t set time to work on yourself?

To take care of your health and fitness?

How much TIME will you have then if you neglect taking care of yourself?

How much TIME will you have left with your family?

I’m not asking you to make a dramatic change. It could be 5 minutes. That will lead to 10, 20, 30 minutes.

Stop using your wife or your kid as an excuse to not work on yourself. That’s BS.
