1. Show gratitude every single day. Thank at least 1 person for their friendship, support or for just being an awesome human being.
2. Consistently working out. Because if you can’t take care of yourself, you won’t be able to take care of anyone else.
3. Planning your meals. What you put in your body will determine your overall well being.
4. Sufficient sleep. Get to bed at an appointed time. Your body and mind will thank you for it.
5. Drink plenty of water. Before, after and during your workouts for optimal performance and in maintaining proper fluid balance in your body.
6. Self discipline. All these can’t be accomplished without self discipline. Hold yourself accountable and don’t waste another year thinking “what if”
