REAL Talk:
Here’s something that has worked for me the past several years in bringing more clarity. It’s called a Vision Statement exercise.
All you need to do is write down your personal and professional goals you want to achieve in a year. Keep it simple, but specific.
Here are some examples:
- Spend 15-25 minutes daily with my kids without any electronic devices or interruptions.
- Help 5 high performing Leaders each quarter in obtaining their RBLP Leadership Certifications.
Studies show that writing down goals will significantly increase the likelihood of achieving them. They act to guide your decisions and help you decide where you need to focus your time and energy.
