...I’ve learned that if you aren't intentional about your coordinates, the environment will choose them for you. And trust me, the environment rarely picks a destination you actually want to visit.
Ever had one of those moments where you’re sitting in your driveway, the engine is off, and you realize you don’t actually remember the last ten miles of the drive?
Your brain was on autopilot. You navigated turns, braked for lights, and avoided potholes, but you weren’t really there. You were thinking about that missed deadline, the tension in the last board meeting, or whether you remembered to sign the forms for your kid’s school.
Now, let’s get real: How much of your leadership feels exactly like that driveway moment?
You’re hitting the KPIs. You’re answering the emails. You’re "busy." But at the end of the day, you feel like you’re just floating down a river, reacting to the current rather than steering the boat.
That feeling? That’s The Drift.
And honestly, it’s the silent killer of great legacies. It’s the mental friction of disconnected goals and passive action. It’s what happens when your "To-Do" list has hijacked your "To-Be" list.
As a retired Navy Chief and a father to two incredible autistic daughters, I’ve learned that if you aren't intentional about your coordinates, the environment will choose them for you. And trust me, the environment rarely picks a destination you actually want to visit.
Today, I’m putting a stake in the ground. I’m introducing something we’ve been building behind the scenes at Genuines Coaching & Consulting, a way to stop the drift for good.
Welcome to the Intentional Impact Society.
The Friction of the "Un-Led" Life
Most busy professionals I talk to aren’t struggling because they lack talent or ambition. They’re struggling because they’re exhausted from the friction.
Think about it. When your daily actions don’t align with your core values, it’s like driving with the parking brake on. You can still move, but you’re burning out the engine. You want work-life harmony, but you settle for "work-life survival." You want leadership clarity, but you settle for "putting out fires."
The Drift happens when we stop being the CEO of our own lives and start being the middle manager of our circumstances. We react. We pivot based on other people's emergencies. We lose our authentic leadership voice because we’re too tired to find it.
Does any of this sound familiar?
Do you feel like you’re constantly "on" but never actually "moving forward"?
Is your calendar a reflection of your priorities, or just a graveyard of other people's requests?
Do you tell yourself you’ll focus on "the big picture" next week... every single week?
If you answered yes, you aren't alone. But you are drifting.

Why Most "Communities" Fail You
Let’s talk about the elephant in the room. There are a thousand "memberships" out there. You sign up, you get a login to a portal with 400 hours of video you’ll never watch, and maybe a monthly "Q&A" where you’re just a face in a grid of 500 people.
That’s passive learning. And if passive learning worked, we’d all be millionaires with six-packs just from scrolling YouTube.
The Intentional Impact Society is NOT a passive membership. It’s not a digital library where ideas go to die. It’s an active, implementation-focused, relational powerhouse.
We don't need more information; we need more alignment. We need a space where intentional leadership isn't just a buzzword, but a practiced discipline.
Introducing: The Intentional Impact Society
The Society is a leadership community designed specifically for those who are ready to lead yourself first so you can lead others better. It’s built on three pillars: Aligned Action, Radical Accountability, and Sustainable Growth.
And here’s the real benefit: this isn’t just about feeling inspired for an hour and then slipping right back into the same overloaded week. It’s about helping you stay aligned instead of living on autopilot, make sharper calls under pressure, and improve your decision-making when everything feels urgent. In other words, this is built to help you move from passive consumption to active leadership.
1. Aligned Action
We don't just set goals. We map them. Using our Vision Mapping Model, we ensure that what you are doing on Tuesday at 2:00 PM actually connects to the legacy you want to leave ten years from now. That means fewer random yeses, fewer reactive commitments, and more confidence that your daily actions actually match your deeper values.
2. Radical Accountability
In the Navy, accountability isn't a "nice to have": it's a survival requirement. In the Society, we hold each other to the standards we set for ourselves. Not in a "shame-y" way (unless you're into that, you weirdo), but in a supportive, "I know you're capable of more" way. That kind of accountability helps you follow through, course-correct faster, and make better leadership decisions because you're not trying to process everything alone.
3. Sustainable Growth
Growth that costs you your family, your health, or your sanity isn't growth: it's a bad trade. We focus on work-life harmony and building systems that allow you to scale your impact without losing your soul. The goal is simple: build momentum you can actually maintain, instead of burning bright for a month and crashing by the next quarter.
Inspiration vs. Implementation: What Makes the Society Different
A lot of leadership spaces are built to inspire you. And listen, inspiration matters. Sometimes you need the spark. But inspiration by itself is passive. You hear a great message, take a few notes, maybe post a quote, and then Tuesday hits you like a freight train.
Implementation is different. Implementation is active. It gives structure to your intentions so your growth actually shows up in your calendar, your conversations, and your decisions.
That’s why the Intentional Impact Society is designed around 8 core features for aligned implementation:
Monthly Masterclass
This is where we teach the deeper leadership principle, framework, or shift. It gives you the "why" and the bigger picture. Yes, it’s inspiring, but it’s also practical and focused on what to do next.Weekly Q&A
This is where inspiration turns into action. You bring your real-world leadership challenges, questions, roadblocks, and decisions into the room, and we work through them live. That means faster clarity and better execution in real time.Founder Pricing Lock-In
This rewards early action. If you join now, your rate stays protected as the Society grows. It’s not just a pricing perk; it’s a decision point for leaders who are serious about investing in aligned growth for the long haul. The I-IMPACT Blueprint
This is the central roadmap for intentional leadership inside the Society. It helps you connect identity, intention, and execution so you’re not just chasing goals, but building a legacy that actually fits who you are.The OPTIMAX Execution System
This is where strategy gets operational. You use it to identify what matters most, remove friction, and execute with consistency. Instead of drowning in options, you improve decision-making by following a repeatable process. The REAL Reflection Cycle
Reflection without action becomes journaling theater. This cycle helps you pause, review, adjust, and lead with awareness so you can stay aligned instead of drifting back into autopilot. The Society Accountability Hub
This is where follow-through gets reinforced. It creates a rhythm of visibility, support, and honest check-ins so you don’t disappear after a good week or isolate when things get messy. The Founder’s Resource Library
This isn’t a giant graveyard of random content. It’s a curated library of tools, trainings, and resources designed to support implementation. You get what you need, when you need it, without drowning in noise.
Inspiration by itself is passive. Implementation is active.
Put simply:
Inspiration says, "That was powerful."
Implementation says, "Here’s what I’m doing by Friday."
That’s the difference. The Society gives you both, but it is unapologetically built for implementation.

The Framework: How We Stop the Drift
To move from reacting to leading, we use a structured approach. You can’t just "will" yourself out of the drift; you need a system. One of the core frameworks we utilize within the Society is the OPTIMAX Execution System.
It’s a five-step workflow designed to help busy professionals reclaim their time and focus:
Observe: Look at where your time and energy are actually going (not where you think they're going).
Prioritize: Filter your tasks through the lens of intentional impact.
Tweak: Adjust the small habits that are causing the most friction.
Implement: Put the new plan into active motion.
Maximize: Double down on what works and cut the rest.

By following this cycle, you stop guessing and start executing with intentional impact.
This Is for the Leaders Who Want Depth
The Intentional Impact Society is for the high-performing leaders, the parentpreneurs (shoutout to my fellow parents of neurodivergent kids: I see you!), and the executives who are tired of surface-level advice.
You don't need another "5 Tips for Productivity" listicle. You need a room full of people who are also navigating the complexities of high-stakes leadership and real-world responsibilities. You need a community that understands that authentic leadership starts with the messy work of self-reflection.

A Note from Reden: Let’s Stop Guessing
I spent years in the Navy perfecting the art of the "Course Correct." You can be the fastest ship in the ocean, but if you’re heading 180 degrees in the wrong direction, you’re just getting to the wrong place faster.
I created the Intentional Impact Society because I wanted a place where leaders could drop the mask of "having it all figured out" and actually do the work of alignment. I want you to look back a year from now and not just see a higher profit margin or a new title: I want you to see a version of yourself that is calmer, more focused, and deeply connected to your purpose.
The Drift ends when you decide to take the helm.
